Honoring CPT Rich Cliff

CPT Rich Cliff was killed in action on September 29, 2008. We will never forget him or his sacrifice for our freedom. Please take a moment to pray for Rich’s family. Surviving are his wife Stacy, newborn son Richie, as well as his parents, extended family, and many friends. Tim and I met Rich and Stacy when we were first stationed at Ft. Lewis, WA a few years ago. Rich trained Tim in his XO position which he eventually took over while they were deployed to Iraq together in 2006. Our thoughts, prayers, and hearts go out to this family.

We will be in Charleston, SC for the funeral and will return on Thursday. I thank you in advance for your patience in my returning your calls and emails.

lisette - Thank you all for your kind words. The service was honorable of a true hero. I was amazed at the respect the city of Charleston and surrounding areas showed during the motorcade. Rich will not be forgotten as well as the sacrifice he and so many other soldiers have given by laying down their lives for our country.

Jamie Burnett - My thoughts and prayers go to his wife and new baby boy. We should all take a moment to stop and thank our soldiers for what they do everyday. Sending you hugs Lisette and a safe return home. xoxo -jamie
