This morning while I was on the elliptical, I started flipping through the tv channels to find something to watch. I found the move A Lot Like Love and although I’ve seen it 50 million times I left it there. I absolutely love that movie! Actually I love almost any romantic chick flick. I get so into them that I tear up or even full blown cry my eyes out no matter how many times I have seen it. Honestly, I do. ha! It’s because I love love if that makes any sense. This is also why I love being a wedding photographer! I get to document real life love stories and most of the time even cry a little behind the camera! So here are a few of my all-time favorite chick flicks. If you haven’t seen them you must rent them asap! And girls I take no responsibility if you cry your eyes out. (How many times can I type love in this paragraph?!?)
These are in no particular order:

A Lot Like Love ~ This movie is super sweet and fun!

P.S. I Love You ~ One of the BEST chick flicks I have ever, ever, ever seen. I cried until I was almost sick. Oh. so. good.

Sweet Home Alabama ~ I am a huge Reese Witherspoon fan and this one gets me every time!

The Notebook ~ Who doesn’t love this movie? I finally got Tim to watch it with me and I don’t think he cared too much for it.

Walk the Line ~ Another Reese Witherspoon film. This isn’t your typical chick flick and even Tim likes this one. I thought the acting was phenomenal.

How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days ~ This one is super cute and has a fun story line. I loved it!

Hope Floats ~ One of my favorite movies! My Dad told me that Bernice (Sandra Bullock’s daughter) reminded him of me when I was a little girl with the big glasses and all.

Where the Heart Is ~ Another great movie! Natalie Portman’s character is left in a Wal-Mart by a loser guy, gives birth to her daughter there, and then finds true love a few years later. It’s a good book too!
I’m sure some of the guys reading this are rolling their eyes, but girls I know you understand! I know I’ve left a lot of good movies out, so what is your favorite romantic chick flick? :) I would love to watch some new ones! {All images courtesy of Google}
