I love Zappos!

I just want to take a moment to say what an awesome company Zappos is. I ordered a new pair of tennis shoes from them yesterday and they were at my door before 1pm today. Wow! Tim has ordered from Zappos before and loved them, so I wanted to see what the fuss was all about. The shoes fit perfectly (I always wear the same size in Asics), and I couldn’t be happier. They included their Fall catalog in the box featuring boots galore that I now want. This could become a bad, bad habit…..:)

Kelly, who is the Asics buyer for Zappos, saw my post and sent me a really sweet email with a 20% off coupon for my next purchase! I completely agree about Zappo’s…awesome company! I’ve used them often in the past 3 years and you’ll be glad to know that their return policy is just as great. I’ve had to return a couple of pair of shoes just because of size or that they just didn’t suit me when I got them. If you need to return, you just go online, request a return and they give you the UPS label to print out. It’s so easy! I always try to give big thank you’s for good customer service, something you just don’t see these days!

William - Hi! I just want to share that I am a Zappos employee that is in his late twenties and I hope to retire with this company. I am also a freelance journalist and carry on my own side business doing technical writing. I am in a position where I could self – employ, but I won’t. I refuse to. There are so many people here that I care about and consider true friends, this is my family. The way this company treats both its external AND internal customers (us) just blows my mind. I have worked for more than a couple Fortune 500 companies in my time and I have NEVER been treated the way I am treated here. This is, by far, the best company in the world to work for and I truly believe that in my heart of hearts. Have a great afternoon!
