Yesterday I had the opportunity to second shoot with an awesome photographer here in Tacoma, WA -Shelley Mauss! On a whim, I emailed Shelley after I found her website on Blu Domain to ask her if I could follow her around and learn a few photography tricks. She enthusiastically offered to let me second shoot for a family that is very dear to her.
This was my first time second shooting and I must admit I was a little nervous! But Shelley and I met up before the family arrived to talk photography and get to know a little about one another which put me at ease. She is so charismatic and just a generally happy person! Not to mention the family we shot – the Brownrices – were so much fun! I just wish we weren’t moving this week so I could shoot some more with Shelley.
