Twilighter

Twi-light-er
[twahy-lahyt-er], noun:
An overly obsessed fan of the Twilight Saga.

Okay I’ll admit it. I am a “twilighter.” There I said it! Honestly, at first I was a little hesitant to jump on the Twilight bandwagon because I thought to myself “Why in the world would I want to read a book about vampires?!?” I mean it couldn’t be that good could it? But it SO is! I bought the first book and was lucky enough to have my good friend Martha loan me the other three. I seriously could not put these books down. I would try to explain parts to Tim and he would look at me like I had two heads! Luckily a few months ago Martha and I saw the movie for the first book and while we loved the story, we couldn’t help but burst out laughing at the less that stellar acting. Even with the awkwardness it was still a fun movie and I cannot wait for New Moon to be released in November of this year. So take my word for it, if you have not read these books yet, just do it. I promise you will love them! :)

Next on my list is Out of Captivity. Tim picked this book up not long ago and sparked my interest when he told me a little bit about it. I’ll let you know what I think when I finish it! Are there any books you love? I’d love to add more good ones to my list. :)

Gwen Goulder - I read all four books in two weeks, it was quite ridiculous but I loved them all too! I’m so excited bout getting to see you in June!!!!

Jamie Burnett - Love the series… I’m hoping for more books! 4 just isn’t enough!

Carolin - LOVE Twighlight!! Haven’t read the books yet though. I recently picked up “Kennedy Weddings”, read it one night. It highlights all the Kennedy Weddings with images & stories. Plus gave me some ideas! :)

Robin - Hilarious! That is EXACTLY how I got into them. I bought them in London when I got sick and could not stop reading them! And the movie- I watched with a fellow Twilight fan and we laughed and laughed at some of the rediculous scenes. Thank God for books!

Aaron - i love to read. i read at least 2 books a week.
when an obsessed fan told me “Aaron, you HAVE to read these books. You won’t be able to put them down.” I thought, psch – yeah, a love story about vampires. riiiight.
wrong dude, i was so engrossed i read all 4 in one week.

i agree about the sub-par movie, but i’m still excited for new moon in november too. :)

courtney - I am a Twilighter too!!!! I read these books last spring and my loser butt went to one of the midnight parties for the release of Breaking Dawn. But it was worth it because its by far my favorite book in the whole series! I bought the DVD of the movie and though I love to see the characters brought to life outside of my head I have to agree about the less than stellar acting. LOL Except Kristen Stewart. I’ve always been a fan of hers and couldn’t have seen anyone better playing Bella. :)

Lauren - I second all of this :D Including the way I read the books. I ws beyond hesitant in the beginning, then I bought the first one and then borrowed the other 3, read them all in 5 days and was in LOVE. Edward stole my heart. I love him. The end :)
